Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.

Through my training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I learned the importance of looking at the WHOLE person when trying to heal. Optimizing your health is about looking at all the puzzle pieces, not just fitness or just nutrition or just your work-life balance. Learning to take a holistic approach when focusing on my health and happiness has truly changed my life and now I get to help others do the same.

As a health coach, I will help you to feel your best through a personalized program focused on your unique goals and needs. We will work together to discover the best way to fuel and move your body, develop a positive mindset, optimize your sleep, maintain healthy habits and choose yourself everyday. I am here to support you wherever you may be on your wellness journey — I will hold you accountable and support you in making small, actionable changes that lead to long-term and sustainable results and help you achieve your goals.

1:1 Coaching

After our consultation call where we discuss your current health challenges & goals, I will present the program length options and pricing specific to you. This program includes:

  • Biweekly 45-minute sessions (virtual) on a set day & time

  • Email & text support in between sessions

  • Healthy Kitchen Makeover Session: personalized guidance with grocery shopping & stocking your pantry and fridge

  • Recommendations for supportive resources based on your health goals (podcasts, books, etc.)

  • Support in developing healthy habits & finding the best routines for you

  • Meal planning tips & recipe inspiration

Healthy Kitchen Makeover

In this 75-minute intensive session, we will cover the ins and outs of creating your healthiest and happiest kitchen. This includes:

  • A PDF made by yours truly with an outline of the content we will cover on our session

  • An interactive & virtual session where we tackle some nutrition basics and I help you learn how to read labels and navigate grocery shopping to best support you and your health, without sacrificing the enjoyment in food!
